The shown plant is used for heat treatment of large pipes.
The tube is fed to the charging machine, by chain-cross-transporter and roller table.
The charging machine takes over the tube with her 22 arms and traverses it into the wide-chamber furnace. After the annealing process, the machine passes the pipe to the raise and lowering device of the quench tank.
The cooled tube is removed via roller table and chain-cross-transporter.
